Guess what… Summer is almost here. We have about 2 months get in shape for all the seasonal beach parties and get togethers. Here are 6 “Secrets” to get into that body you desire…
- Get motivated to Workout… “Hard!” Intensity yeilds results! If you want to see pounds drop, if you want to see fat melt off then you have to push your self during your workouts.
- Cut back on the sugar! It’s not about low or no carb like you hear about in these crash diets out there but it’s all about the sugar in take. Do a search on google and you’ll find a gold mind of information on how diets high in sugar is detrimental to health and fat loss. So be aware of sugar content in what you eat and limit your consumption as much as posible.
- Drink more water! When we don’t drink enough water we become dehydrated which can cause us to retain water which will in return hinder our weight loss progress. So drink water! We should be drinking half of our bodyweight in ounces. So, if I weight 150 pounds than I need 75 onces of water. About 9.5 cups.
- Space out you calories. By eating smaller meals more often to will keep engrgy levels up, cravings down and give your metabolism a boost because your body is constantly working to burn what you are eating.
- Don’t skip breakfast. Some people might think that you are cutting calories by skipping breakfast but it just doesn’t work that way. You are messing up your metabolism when you do that because you haven’t eaten all night and your body is going into starvation mode. If you just aren’t hungry in the mornings that don’t eat as late or snack lighter the night before.
- Have Goals and make them S.M.A.R.T. Specific, Measurable, attainable, realistic and time Bound. Without goals, without direction you will never get to where you really want to be. Like a ship at sea without a course set, it will never get to it’s destination

Today I am going to give you 4 tips to improve your fitness ad to help you burn fat and lose weight. There are 4 main areas that we need to work on in order to reach our health and fitness goals. They are Nutrition, Exercise, accountability and motivation. The first to are kind of obvious and the second two may be not as much but either way I will give you a tip for all four area’s.
My nutrition tip for today is to eat to boost you metabolism. Eat your breakfast, why because it’s the most important meal of the day. Didn’t you listen to your mother. It’s true, for two reasons: One, it’s breaks your fast and tells your body to wake up and start burning some calories and two, Eating a healthy breakfast makes you more likely to eat good the rest of the day. You are starting the day off on the right foot. Eat small(healthy) meals every 3 hours after that and you are on your way to having a kick butt metabolism.
For Exercise, we need to work on our cardiovascular/respiratory system. Your heart and lungs. These are your major organs and they need to be healthy. Some of the ways you work these important muscles out are buy walking, running, swimming, rowing, biking, hiking or any other activity that gets your heart rate up and gets you breathing hard and makes you sweat. At boot camp we combind different types of exercises and equipment to create a mind blowing cardio session.
Here is a combind Accountability and Motivation tip: Hire a coach, A good fitness coach will provide feul for you to reach your goal though Motivation and will help you suceed though Accountability.

Here is a unusual yet comon sense tip to help you to improve your fitness, lose that unwanted fat and live that healthy more productive life!

My 10 point Fat loss domination system

Hey everyone,
Kalani here with my 10 point fitness and fat loss domination system. These are 10 practical things that you need to do and work on to see maximun results this year.
- Mindset – This has to do with the way you think. To reach your goals you are going to have to keep your thoughts positive. If you think about negative thing you are going to produce negative results! But if you think about positive things you’ll produce positive results!
- Sleep – We should be getting 7 -8 hrs of sleep as much as possible. This helps with recovering and the healing of the body
- Boot Camp – This is the workout that you are commited to. Coming to boot camp is always the best!
- Breakfast – This is the most important meal of the day because it’s sets the mood for the day. Eat a healthy Breakfast and you’ll more likely live the rest of your day healthy
- Lunch – Eating a healthy miday meal is important to keep your energy up and metabolism going strong!
- Dinner – Finishing the day strong with a nice light heathy dinner is a great way to stay on track to reach your fitness goals
- Snacks – Eating snacks is good as long as they are timed well and are light and healthy. This also helps with your metabolism. Eat light snacks between meals and
- Supplementation – Protein shakes, These aren’t to replace real food but to supplement what you are tying to accomplish. I can recommend some great supplements. Here are your “21 Absolute Must Do’s for a Successful Fitness Program
- Assess your self: Where are you, physically? Are you happy with your current fitness state? What do you want to change?
- Set Goals: Where do you want to be? You can’t get to where you’re going if you don’t know where that is…
- Make an Exercise Plan: What are you going to do? When and Where are you going to do it?
- Have a Nutrition or Diet Plan: What are you going to eat? When and Where are you going to eat it? How mach are you going to eat?
- Plan Cheat days if needed? This is important for a few reasons. 1. It’ll keep you from going crazy. 2. It’ll give you something to look forward to and 3. It prevents your body from getting too familiar to a diet and will actually help your metabolism start working.
- Plan for plenty of rest and sleep: Your body recovers and rebuilds while you rest. So its important to get adequite sleep and rest for fitness success.
- Keep goals in front of you: This is important for motivation and accountability. It’s putting the carrot in front of the house. You’ll have something to shoot for everyday.
- Stick to the Plan: When you have a plan, it’s easier to stick to it!
- Get a coach: Coaches are great to make sure you are doing everything right, to keep you in line and make sure you stay focused.
- Have Partners to workout with: Having someone to share your pain and success make working out so much better and easier.
- Make a commitment: With commitment you can do anything.
- Stay Consistent: When you make a commitment, stick with it! They say it’s better to be consistantly good than occasionally great. One step in front of the other will get you to your destination.
- Get and stay motivated: This can be difficult but if you can do this it will help you tremendously
- Have an Accountability system: Someone to call you or you can call, a journal that you can write stuff down in and share with someone.
- Get excited: Like and Love what you’re doing.
- Have and bring energy: It make the difference
- Be enthusiastic: Look forward to your workouts and healthy meals
- Enjoy yourself (don’t take it to seriously)
- Have a support group who encourages you.
